Works with what you run
Your timetabler publishes to ataw over LISS. Your LMS takes class lists and enrolments from the record. Your finance platform receives billing-ready family and fee data, and keeps the ledger.
Student information system
ataw holds enrolment, attendance, assessment and wellbeing in one place. It tells your team which students need attention this week.

What it does
The five features schools choose ataw for.
Every night ataw reads the record and writes up what changed: attendance sliding, a stage stalled, a note left open. Each finding names its students and shows the rows behind it. Dashboards wait for someone to look. ataw arrives in the morning with what it found.
Ask in plain words and ataw answers with a selection over the board: the matching rows marked, every count computed from them, the rest still on screen. The answer that used to need a report writer, a specialist or a support ticket now takes a typed sentence.
Registrars today buy a separate admissions CRM to cover for a weak SIS module. In ataw the pipeline is built in. Enquiry, tour, application, offer and acceptance all land on the record the school keeps.
Split families, parenting orders, per-parent addresses and fee-payer splits are fields on the record, entered once. The same structure answers the census address collection and feeds your finance platform. The ledger stays in the system your business office already runs.
Each return is built against its published specification: the August census, the address collection that sets your funding, STATS attendance, NCCD fields and your state board's formats. Incumbents save that detail for the sales call. ataw puts it on the page.
Behind the five
Three things every school checks before switching.
Your timetabler publishes to ataw over LISS. Your LMS takes class lists and enrolments from the record. Your finance platform receives billing-ready family and fee data, and keeps the ledger.
Sign-in is a passkey, with an email code as the fallback and no password to phish. Hosting and support stay onshore. The record is designed to carry an audit trail of who saw and changed what.
Switching starts with a trial migration over your own export, checked by your office. Historical records come across, and the system you leave remains readable as a read-only archive.
